Take a look.  Some states must have really good tracking of their
complaints or are just plain overly honest.  My own state of Florida comes
out as one of the worst by far.  As always, read statistics for what they
are, incomplete, don't really know what exactly is tracked.  But, I bet I
get some interesting debates started (haven't read any farther).
