I don't know if this will work but Circuit city or maybe Best Buy may have
some for audio cable & such. Just a thought. I bought some at Circuit city
last year.

Subject: screw-type banana plugs
Hello all.
Does anyone know where I can get banana plugs that have a screw-on
connection. I have some from Radio Shack that require soldering, but would
like a screw-type one if I could get one. I thought Radio Shack had them,
but they apparently don't, unless I have been looking in the wrong place.
I need to make a grounding cable for my portable HF station, and would like
to have one of these in case I can't get access to a good earth ground, and
need to put the banana plug in the grounding pin of an electrical outlet.
It wouldn't be the greatest ground, I'm sure, but it would seem to be better
than nothing.
Thanks, and best 73 from Tom Behler: KB8TYJ
