Hi Tom,
Repeaters on 145 or 146 MHZ the input is almost always 600 downfrom the
output.
Repeaters on 147 are almost always 600 up. In other words wheather a
repeater is on 2 meters, 220 or 70 CM they almost always follow some
structure, but you will find a strange one once in a while.
