Right on! It can't be beat. I'm doing the same and experimenting with
gourmet varieties. Aiolo (saturated w/garlic) so far is my favorite. It's
on tonight's kitchen agenda for tomorrow's Paleo chicken salad. --And this
from someone who never, ever cared for mayonnaise till now.
