right you are. the water, and electricity needs to be
not only rebuilt, but after it is restored to pre-war
levels, it needs to be upgraded. i am sure that the
average iraqi would be satified with just bringing it
up to pre-war levels though.
and i am going to try again to drop out on a note that
for at least this time i am agreeing with deri.
someone write this down. just kidding guys.
