well the first i heard about the dystonic label was visiting a neuro in
1991 or 1992 he was the first to say "cp with associated dystonia" before
that i had only heard cp. i have not changed.

I have seen this in other areas, such as mental retardation. Terms
gradually
get into everyday parlance, become stigmatizing, and so folks search and
come
up with a new term. Could this be happening with "spastic vs. dystonia"?
