 Oh for godssakes, Ken.  This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard.
First thing I would do would be to lodge a complaint with the Georgia State
Medical Review Board and then get the advice of a competent medical
malpractice attorney.  Errors of this sort would definitely fall under the
"malpractice" umbrella.  In general, I think our society is too fond of
litigation, but this is beyond the pale.  In the corporate world these
physicians would be terminated due to incompetence or attitudinal problems.

Yep.  Get an attorney's advice on this one, Ken.  Might cost you a couple
hundred bucks for a consult, but IMO it would be money well spent.

well, after tuesday getting my doc to agree to get  the medical report
out
of his in basket. (i wrote it for him with his nurses help), i go home
wed.
afternoon and find a letter dening my claim because in months they had
not
got the report. i will be looking into what i need to do.
