I just found out through Dr Fine's test that I am casein intolerant.

Can anybody refer me to how to quickly determine what not to
eat.

Also, what are the symptoms from casein?

Also, is eating casein absolutely prohibited like gluten? Or, is it something
to avoid with unpleasant but not deadly results?
