I have to say one more thing about Amy's. I was so excited when I saw this. I was in my local Albertson's (grocery store) and in the frozen section, she now has (and clearly marked gluten-free, some dairy free) "Bowls". There's a Teriyaki Bowl, a Santa Fe Enchilada Bowl and a Brown Rice and Vegetables Bowl. Even her Shephard's pie now has "Gluten-Free" written on it.

I'm so glad she is bringing more frozen products to the market. That's my favorite thing to make on a "baby-sitting" night. Something easy for the kids. So far, my son has loved all her products. I bought one each of the bowls and can't wait till he tries them. The only problem I foresee, is that two of them have mushrooms and that's the one thing he doesn't like. (I'll just eat them for him)

Of course, the best thing about all of these is that I found them at the regular grocery store. Hurray for Amy's.
