Good morning all,

Recently I developed Plantar Faciatis in one foot, and now my other
one is developing pain in the metatarsals and near the ankle. One of my
students told me that she "heard " Celiacs have lots of "hideous foot
problems". I had not heard of this before. Apart from osteopenia and
osteoporosity of the bones, I didn't know that foot problems could be traced
to Celiac.

Has anyone else heard anything about this? If to do have foot
problems, what have you done to alleviate it? I had my foot seen by a
specialist who said I don't have a bone spur, and my foot looks pretty
healthy, yet I am in constant pain. In the morning I can barely get out of
bed and have to crawl to the bathroom. Any suggestions?

Thank you everyone. Stay well this summer.

Love and peace,

Libby
NYC
