Hello again, from a new lister,

We are going to travel to England next summer. I have always tried for
zero gluten in my celiac son (19 mos. post-diagnosis), but of course I
understand that is very difficult to actually achieve. How many parts
per million or billion of gluten is OK through the Codex standard? And
is my child likely to start having symptoms if I feed him Codex-standard
gluten-free food? We will be at my mother-in-law's house and I sure
wouldn't want to have a sick child to deal with, to say nothing of the
frustration of trying to find really safe food.

Thanks, I will send a summary when I get the replies.
