I am a gluten-sensitive (lactose intolerant) celiac who was diagnosed two
years this week.
I have been having trouble
over the last six months and really trying to figure it out. I have just
stopped my
multiple vitamin, which the manufacturer said after a reformulation some
months
ago that they did not add gluten,
but they did not know if any supplier added gluten. I don't want to give
the name
of that vitamin and have people worry about it, because I have no idea if
that
has caused my problem. I would appreciate having the name of any multiple
vitamin
that gluten-sensitive celiacs are taking without problems.
Also I am curious if anyone feels that I may still be healing - though two
years seems
like a long time - is there any evidence that it can take longer for our
guts to heal?
That would also be encouraging news. For any newly diagnosed reading
this,
I had great improvement of health and energy at about six months, so don't
be disouraged.
