Hi, thanks to those who responded.  I will be visiting ADA'S, a health food store in Fort Meyers, as well as the ISLAND HEALTH FOODS, INC. (right on Periwinkle) to stock up on gf food.  The one on the island was described as pricey and not having too much choice by one person.  THE BUBBLE ROOM restaurant was recommended.  Thanks again for all the support for ALL my questions, Peggy
