Hi!  I was thrilled when I saw packets of
Mayacamas Turkey Flavored Gravy Mix (Vegetarian)
at the health food store, which was clearly
marked gluten free.  However, the ingredients
list hydrolyzed wheat protein* and at the end of
the ingredients list it says *gluten
removed/ELISA tested.  I searched the archives
and saw that Mayacamas is a vendor on
glutenfreemall.com, but this product is not
listed.  I've left a message for someone at
Mayacamas to call me regarding this, but I was
hoping some of you had some feedback about this
or experience with the product.  Thanks in
advance!
