I may be late on the game for this one... but just in case there is actually
someone more behind the times than I, I thought I'd pass this along.... we
recently got a Whole Foods Market in our area, and I found lots of ready
made/instant food... which makes SO much difference for me in what I can eat.
I found a few different types of Thai brand 'cup 'o noodles'.... that are
good, and a frozen variety as well.... all GF. Sodium content is sky high,
but they taste good, and they're quick.
