I was diagnosed with Lupus (SLE) more than five years ago. My Celiac biopsy came back "mild atrophy" and I had many, many of the Celiac symptoms, all of which are better on the diet. BUT, my blood test came back negative for antibodies. The gastroenterologist said that lupus messes up antibodies so much that a "false" negative on the blood work is not a surprise. Does this mesh with anyone else's experience?
