Just went to a health food restaurant and ordered a meal that contained
orzo - they said it was
in the rice family and it was "guaranteed" to be gluten-free.

It tasted a bit like pasta to me and tried not to eat too much. Now I'm
a bit worried it
may have contained gluten. There's no mention of it in the archives.

Anybody know?

Steve
