<<Disclaimer: Verify this information before applying it to your situation.>>

Prima Provisions Co. is in the process of developing a lactose-free version of our Chebe Bread mix.

In this development phase, we are asking those who may be interested to give us their input before we present it to the market. We feel that the consumer can benefit from this if it can help to get the most appropriate product to the market.

If you are interested, please reply to us via e-mail by replying to the following questions:

  1) Besides gluten and lactose, what other food items should you avoid (indicate all that apply): corn, soy, potato, other?

  2) If there is no dairy product in the mix itself, can you tolerate adding cheeses with lower levels of lactose, such as sharp cheddar, Swiss, etc.?

  3) What bread products would you most appreciate being able to make w/ Chebe Bread mix: pizza dough, sandwich buns, breadsticks, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls (or other slightly sweetened breads), other?

  4) What is your country of residence?

Thank you for your participation.

Sincerely,
Dick Reed
