Is this in his book? is this to be done before cooking? I skimmed the book at
the book store but didn't buy it. I don't think it would transform the fat
into trans, but flax oil is extremely fragile and would oxidize readily when
heated and all the alpha - omega 3 fatty acid benefits would be lost.
