Hi there.
As far as I know, the official irlp-related mailing lists are maintained
off of the irlp web site itself.
The web site of course is:

The direct link to the mailing lists are:
http://www.irlp.net/mailman/listinfo/
You can subscribe by following the link to the list you are interested in
from that web page, or if you know the name of the list you are interested
in joining simply write to:
[log in to unmask]
In either the subject line or body of the message and not in both, write
only the word "subscribe" without the quotes.
