I am considering purchasing a digital recorder for my employment in case
management. I would like to record notes on the recorder, transfer them to
my desktop, then use a speech to text program such as Dragon Naturally
Speaking or ViaVoice to translate the voice recording to text.
Has anyone or accomplished such an endeavor using JAWS for Windows? Any
recommendations concerning a digital recorder? How about speech to text
programs, which is the better software package? Accessibility is an issue,
but I might be able to manage using my aide for the transfer process.
Any suggestions will help, thanks in advance.
