george,
go to find/replace,
tab through the buttons till you get to "more"
click on that.
Then tab through the new list of buttons to find "special"
This brings up a menu in which "paragraph mark" is the first
selection.  There are many other special characters in this menu.

Otherwise you can just type caret p in to the text. Caret is
shift number six. this also gives you a paragraph mark.
