I wonder why an able-bodied person would want to be disabled because of all
the discrimination we face. I'll just have to check out the documentary.

Subject: Documentary of interest

Hi there:
Just went to visit
www.soundprint.org
There's an interesting documentary called wannabees.
It's all about able bodied individuals who decide that it's probably better
for them if they get one of their limbs chopped off. They feel better if
they are disabled in some way.

I found this to be rather interesting because I know a lot of sighted people
who enjoy hanging in big groups of blind and visually impaired people. Not
that there's something wrong with that. I wouldn't mind hinging out with
myself if I were sighted. It's just sometimes they don't really have any
connection to the blind world and jut feel that it's important to hang out
with us.
Maybe we could remove their eyes to make them feel more at home. Just
kidding.
At any rate, I'm blabbering. Just check it out. It's rather strange.
Martin
