Hi Mary,
Here's a link to one place that sells relatively low cost tutorials,
although not free.

If the person who needs the tutorial really can't afford it they might ask
family and friends to purchase one as a Christmas gift or maybe there is a
agency in the particular area serving people who are blind or visually
impaired that could give her/him services or help her get the tutorials?
If anyone else responds regarding free tutorials, would you please pass it
on to the list, as I imagine there are others, including me, that would be
interested.
