Please excuse the cross-post.

We are working with a client who is using JFW 4.5 with Windows XP
Professional and running Extra Enterprise 7.0. When he is in Main Frame
Access, he gets incorrect responses from the screen reader when he presses
keys.  A sighted person has looked at the screen, and the typing is correct;
only the screen reader response is incorrect. Also, when the client
navigates from field to field with the Tab key, the screen reader reads a
number (possibly a position number) before it reads the field name. The
client also reports similar problems with Internet Explorer.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be or as to how the problem
might be solved will be appreciated.
