I noticed that tom did not place Charlie Crawford, who sent the original
message that was forwarded to the list on his cc list for a response to
his question.  I forwarded tom's question to Charlie.  Below is his

I have been thinking that recorded materials are allowed under the free
matter for the blind and computer generated digitized recordings are the
same but through a different output device.
