Hi,
Someone asked me to recommend ways to adapt visual presentations so that
blind people can get the most out of them. I have my views, but I wanted to
see what works best for others. These presentations usually contain the
following:

PowerPoint slides
Writing on flip charts or white board
Handouts
An occasional video

When there are pictures or drawings, they are mostly used to spice up the
content, but occasionally a picture is important.

I was also asked about reliable brailling agencies who have quick
turn-around times.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Jim
