I used to just unplug the phone line from my computer, to beat this, as
often it would take 6 or more cancels.
       Now I have quit outlook express.
Today on T V show they said that Outlook Express is the ONLY mail reader
that allows executables to occur.  I guess people get started with it and
inertia takes over.

Many blind people like Eudora.  There under Tools, options, viewing mail,
there is a box to UNCHECK that says use outlook express viewer.
    Pegasus was also mentioned, as there are all the rest that don't allow
a computer takeover.
