If you're not losing weight, you definitely have to start
counting calories, unfortunately. I log mine at www.fitday.com
-- it's fast and easy.

That probably means that you're not getting *enough* calories,
oddly enough, and your body's metabolism has slowed in an effort
to conserve its weight.
Try calculating your basal metabolism rate (you'll find
calculators at http://www.sirius.on.ca/running/bmr.html and
http://www.global-fitness.com/BMR_calc.html), then consume or
burn 500-750 calories less than you need. Don't go below 1000 or
your metabolism will slow down.
Also, are you doing aerobic/cardiovascular exercise? This may
sound strange, but---if you're not, start; if you are, stop. In
some people, it's just the thing to kick-start weight loss; in
others, only anerobic exercise (weight training) seems to work,
with cardio actually stalling the process. Just goes to show how
individual we are.

Just tell everyone, "Like Sir Edmund!"
