I agree. Meat, ultra-low-carb veggies and good oils works for me. BUT!
You may need to keep an eye on how much protein, too; excess protein can be
converted to glucose (gluconeogenesis). The Zone and both Eades books have
charts to help you determine adequate protein for your lean body mass.
