This is an excellent article and may be a useful source of information in
response to the two recent threads <letter to a friend> and <soft
introduction to paleo>.  Although the audience is male body-builders,
don't be put off by it.  It is an easy read and hangs together well.  A
good jumping off place for newcomers.

One thing missing is an acknowledgement that the cycle he describes in his
article is pretty much the same (and based on the same rationale) as that
advocated by Rob Faigin in Natural Hormonal Enhancment.
