macadamias are high in monos, and so are lowish in omega 3 and 6 but have a
good ratio. They have more omega 3 than most other nuts but not as much as
walnuts.
Also macadamias are Australian so they must be good!
Beechnuts and butternuts are good too. Butternuts have another name I can't
remember.

I love macadamia nuts too, but they are not "high" in omega 3 like walnuts.
Macs do contain very small amounts of omega 3, but primarily contain
monosaturated fat.
