Don't other liquids besides water & tea get metabolized like food instead of
immediately going into your system?
Aren't most natural sources of drinking water (streams, etc) cool to cold? I
guess if you carried it in a skin it
would get warm.
Here's one for all paleo exercisers. We (workout partner & I) each carried a
100lb sandbag for 2 miles this morning.
Then we did six 100yd zigzag sprints. Of course we are exhausted now, but
that was a great paleo-style workout.
