Yes, I've heard that too, but it's not enough to be any significant loss.
No, I didn't lose any weight drinking all that water, but then I didn't gain
any either. Could've been because I was exercising on a regular basis, too.
I find that since I've cut back to 4 or 5 glasses a day (versus 8 glasses)
it's enough for my body to feel hydrated and I'm not always running to the
bathroom.
