Duncan Hines does have several dairy-free cake mixes.
The safe ones are marked with OU.  I think that most of
the ready to spread frostings now contain dairy, but we
have found that some of the frostings in the tubes are
dairy-free.

It is easy to make you own dairy-free frosting with
powdered sugar and shortening.  If you are interested I
can post it.  Also, Hershey's has a recipe for their
milk-free Special Dark Bark.  It is not as sweet as milk
chocolate for my dairy-loving daughters, but my dairy-
allergic son really enjoys it.  I will post that, too,
if you are interested.
