A group calling itself the green boys have sent a chilling letter of threats
warning the editor of the independent as well as Fatou Jahumpa that if they
continue to report or make any negative remarks about Baba Jobe they could
be killed. Evident from this is the fact the Baba Jobe saga is just at the
rehearsal stage and many unforseen eventualities could emerge as a result.
Baba notoriously known for ochestrating violenceagainst the opposition is
capable of creating havoc in the country. His capacity to to challenge the
status quo must not be downplayed, after all have to his credentials a good
terrorist training in Libya, and being a close confidante of Ghadaffi, every
threat that is uttered must not be treated lightly. The independent should
ask for a thorough investigations to nip the bud at its infancy or else we
may see this newly declared terror group commiting some regretable
attrocities.
