I think you should do your research before making this
statement. Under the Second Republican Constitution, a
President can only be removed after going through a
lengthy process; IMPEACHMENT whereas under the Local
Government Act, all you need is just a vote of no
confidence.
I shall expand on this by tomorrow, my PC is having
some slight problems
