you have a right to ask anmything you want. what you want to know is it
your right to demand that and have them comply. i do not know the answer to
this.
i think i'd try a non demanding approach to start with.

No, I haven't either signed a contract or discussed this with them yet.
I'm wondering if I have a right to request this type of accommodation or
not?

Thanks,
Anthony

Are you doing a contract? Have you discussed it with them? If you are
doing
a contract negociate an amendment saying your attendant will not be
charged,

Subject: Health & Fitness Center

Friends,

I'm going to join a Health and Fitness Center that is part of the
rehabilitation center, where I did most of my therapies as a child.
Over the years, they have decided to open the gym and the therapeutic
pool up to the general public for a reasonable fee (I feel). I haven't
joined yet but I was over there pricing and asking some questions about
the weight machines I can do, and than they said access to the pool
comes with it, which would be nice for me as well. I'm wondering if
they can legally charge me more if I have to bring an attendant to help
me in the pool? Do you know anything about this?

Thanks,
Anthony
