Hi Don,

It is the Motorola V-120E and we use Verizon although other carriers may
have it as well.  We also found out that once you set up your phone book and
assign voice tags to the entries, you can then dial by simply pressing the
record button on the side of the phone and saying the name of the entry you
want to dial.
