At the moment their is a bill in the house I think it is gaining co-sponsors
to bring CC and Rs under PRB1 but it doesn't look like it will make it
through committee this session.  You can find out more about this on the
ARRL web site.  It is popping up their a lot.  You could also urge your
representative to become a co-sponsor if they aren't already as ham radio
communication could be very important to the Island in bad storms.
