Hi, Worked many stations using the hq120 rigs with Halicrafters xmtrs or one
of the old Heath Kits. My favorite receiver was a Halicrafters SX42. Not the
most selective rig but covered wide range from the bottom of broadcast band
continuously to 108 mhz. Great for listening to AM and could use bfo for ssb
and cw. Had q multiplier with it the worked great. 73 Dave W4CI
