If anyone would like one, I have a procmail file with recipes specifically
designed to turn Africa off.  Probably ligitimate messages will get
through, but the Nigerian garbage somehow doesn't make it here once that's
running.  You run it by doing an INCLUDERC command in your .procmailrc
file.  The file is called nigerian.rc.
