What is your application for one of these?  You can purchase weather
stations for your PC that will have barametric pressure outputs.

I tried to find a talking altimeter for skydiving years ago, but was never
successful.  I use something that just beeps every thousand feet right
now.  I don't think that is what you are looking for though.

I'd be interested to hear what you find out though.
