<they wrote about raw food - is that good, bad or
uninteresting?>
if u can eat raw fish [sushi] or raw beef, interesting, since some of the b
vitamins are destroyed by heat. There are benefits in eating eating raw
fruit and veges, but i think that is a dumb idea in cold climates.
<Could you also tell me what sorghum/milo is, or guar for that
matter?>
sorghum..a grain of some kind from africa.
milo..no idea. we have a great chocolate-tasting drink in australia called
milo [named after the greek wrestler]. but i doubt that is what you are
referring to...
guar..a thickening agent dervied from the pods of a legume plant. since it
is a legume, and since it is from the sub-continent, you have a fair chance
of reacting badly to it.
<And I am glad that someone now has shown that leaf herbs are good for you.
It stands to reason, doesn't it?>
speaking of herbs, is angelica still eaten in the nordic countries?
<Do you generally eat vitamin pills or supplements of some kind?>
Some do, and some don't. I do, since I dont eat raw fish or beef very often,
shellfish are too expensive to eat too often, and liver is still too
obnoxious for my taste buds. when someone works out how to make it taste
like Milo, I will eat it.
