I brought up my daughter on a paleodiet for about 18 months after she was
weaned and although with the influence of her mother and grandmother she now
isn't quite so Paleo (drinks milk and yoghurt and other stuff).

She is very healthy and was very healthy on Paleo (sick once in 18 months).
I would cook meat, chicken or fish and blend it with cooked or raw vegetable
(usually lightly cooked). I would then freeze it into iceblocks and thaw a
few out at a time to feed her. She loved the food and ate everything. Only
after 18 months did she start to get more choosy. She rarely eats
vegetables now, is up and down about fruits, likes smoked salmon, meat,
chicken, fish, olives, yoghurt, rice etc and can be very fussy but if you
give them a good start in the first year or so it will lay a good foundation
