Yes, I sure do have anecdotal evidence on this.
I and most if not all sufferers of heart arrhythmia have magnesium deficiency, and most of us have tried various
forms of pills. The only one that works for me and apparently for others is Waller Water, home-made of Phillips
milk of magnesia and club soda/seltzer water. Recipe on request.

I would also prefer to use paleo means to correct such a deficiency, but the trouble is that cells seem to get
stuck in a deficient state, and correcting this takes more than known foods.
