As I see it fish oil is not paleo either but is discussed much on this list.
Fish oil: fat found naturally occurring in the liver of fish.
Xylitol: carbohydrate found naturally occurring in fruits and vegetables as
well as manufactured in the body.
Benefits of fish oil: inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis etc.
Benefits of Xylitol: remineralization of bone and teeth, anti bacterial and
viral etc.
