I use Omega Nutrition Coconut oil for pemmie, which I love. It's liquid
at room temp here where I live, and I mix that liquid with the ground
dried meat & chopped dried fruit, then put it in cupcake papers &
regfrigerate. It becomes solid in the fridge, so it's cupcake-like when
eaten chilled. If I take it with me to eat later, it does loose it's
shape but can still be eaten with a fork/spoon or with fingers if you
don't mind them getting greasy. It's become a staple for my husband and
I, it's breakfast about 4 days a week.
