This I know. For ME, exercise before breakfast is too big a pain in the
you-know-what. I do better if I get up, take a shower, do my hair and face
the day happy. I tried hitting the gym at the wake of dawn but I hated it.
'Nuff said!
But other people love it. I say, if you know it's good for you AND it feels
good, do it. Me, I'll do it when I'm done with my daily routine.
