in order to establish once and for all whether flax can be eaten, i make
this challenge: pour yourself a small bowl of 100 grams. and chomp away. set
close by some timepiece [perhaps sundial]  and record how many hours it will
take to consume this feast. dont forget the cyanogenic glycosides your
gobbling meanwhile.
